Rubi DC-250 Smart Advance 1200 Electric Tile Cutter; available in 2 options; 230V or 110V

The DC-250 Smart Advance is an electric saw that automatically adapts to the needs of the job, ensuring optimal cuts at all times. 

- Two operating modes : Manual and Automatic. Different modes of Automatic cutting some favouring speed while other the quality of finish.
- Electronic Control to adapt engine power to the job needed. Uniform Cut with Perfect finish and no chipping.
- The machine adapts to the Blades needs and adjusts accordingly. Gives the Blades longer life and avoids glazing.
- Integrated protection system in the electronic control that stops and protects the engine in case the blade glazes or gets stuck.
- Motor 1.1 Kw (1.5 cv/hp) assembly mounted on sliding bearings for maximum precision and reliability.
- Direct drive motor.
- Protection Bar for the driving belt.
- Foldable at 45° for mitre.
- Plunge effect allowing cutting height adjustment.
- Steel plate structure. Sturdy and maximum resistance to working conditions.
- Patented system ZERO DUST for a safe exposure to breathable dust particles generated during the cut.
- New cooling system. This allows to increase the cooling's EFFICIENCY and to reduce water dispersion. Includes blade and square alignment system with a regulation screw.
- Foldable legs with wheels for an EASIER transportation and removable tables for easy CLEANING of the machine.
- Adjustable aluminium square (0° – 60°) with lateral stop for REPETITIVE cuts at 0° and 45°.
- Safety blade PROTECTOR for TURBO and SEGMENTED blades that meets EU standard.
- 50W water pump with flow control.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders will arrive on a wooden pallet or crate and will be delivered to the nearest location i.e. Kerbside delivery. The courier is unable to assist with unloading the items off the pallet, therefore once the pallet is delivered it is under your care to unload. If your property has restricted access please let us know at the time of ordering. Courier will contact you approx 1 hour prior to delivery and pallet orders will require a signature upon delivery. Smaller orders (less than 50kgs approx) will be sent by postal / small package courier services.




Ordering

As soon as your order has been placed with us and payment confirmed we will process your order for dispatch. It is the buyers responsibility to insure the quantities and products have been ordered. Mistakes or ammendments to your order should be made via: [email protected] or via tel: 042 9740278. We will do our upmost to change order prior to dispatch. Please allow for circumstances out of the companies control. E&OE. The management reserve the right to refuse any sale.

 
 

Returns & Replacements

 

We accept for return full un-opened boxes within 28 days from date of delivery. It is the customers responsibility to return goods to our main warehouse in Castleblayney. Goods returned will be inspected by our warehouse and must be deemed for for re-sale as a new condition.

 

 

Samples

 

We encourage our customers to avail of our free samples service. We can provide up to 3 samples FOC. Samples are pre-cut to approx 10x10cm size. If you require addition or larger samples please contact us. We would like to stress that samples will not give a full representation of the product and are provided to give a general appearance of the goods - but not so as to constitute a sale by sample. If you wish to view any product in more detail please visit our showrooms  where you will see products in large room setting.
