MOVING HEAD MACHINE, VERSATILITY AND PRECISION. For cutting porcelain stoneware.

- Motor assembly mounted on sliding bearings for maximum precision and reliability. Foldable at 45° for mitre.
Direct drive motor.
- Steel plate structure. Sturdy and maximum resistance to working conditions.
- Patented ZERO DUST system exclusive to RUBI and certified by TNO, for safe exposure because of reduction of
respirable dust particles generated during cutting.
- C3 Python cooling system. New adjustable cooling system. Allows to adjust the point of water's fall depending
on the material's thickness, getting a direct impact of the water in the cutting point. This allows to increase
the cooling's efficiency and to reduce water dispersion.
- Foldable legs with wheels for an easier transportation and removable tables for easy cleaning of the machine.
- Adjustable aluminium square (0° – 60°) with lateral stop for repetitive cuts at 0° and 45°.
- Safety protector for turbo and segmented blades.
- Blade cooling by water (50W water pump) with flow control.
- Includes diamond blade CEV-SUPERPRO Ø250

The sliding motor assembly, on bearings, of the DC-250 PYTHON offers maximum precision and cutting quality, as well as the possibility of making miter cuts on pieces up to 85 cm in the 850 model. The 1.5 HP motor, with thermal protector, is perfect for cutting porcelain stoneware pieces.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders will arrive on a wooden pallet or crate and will be delivered to the nearest location i.e. Kerbside delivery. The courier is unable to assist with unloading the items off the pallet, therefore once the pallet is delivered it is under your care to unload. If your property has restricted access please let us know at the time of ordering. Courier will contact you approx 1 hour prior to delivery and pallet orders will require a signature upon delivery. Smaller orders (less than 50kgs approx) will be sent by postal / small package courier services.




Ordering

As soon as your order has been placed with us and payment confirmed we will process your order for dispatch. It is the buyers responsibility to insure the quantities and products have been ordered. Returns & Replacements

 

We accept for return full un-opened boxes within 28 days from date of delivery. It is the customers responsibility to return goods to our main warehouse in Castleblayney. Goods returned will be inspected by our warehouse and must be deemed for for re-sale as a new condition.

 

 

Samples

 

We encourage our customers to avail of our free samples service. We can provide up to 3 samples FOC. Samples are pre-cut to approx 10x10cm size. If you require addition or larger samples please contact us. We would like to stress that samples will not give a full representation of the product and are provided to give a general appearance of the goods - but not so as to constitute a sale by sample. If you wish to view any product in more detail please visit our showrooms  where you will see products in large room setting.
